Exchange Policy
Direct exchanges are not available. Please return your order and place a new order if you wish to purchase a different item.

Return requests for change-of-mind purchases must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

Customer Support must be contacted within 7 days after delivery.
Return Process
- Customer Support approval is required before returning any item.
- Please email your order number and reason for return before shipping.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Additional shipping costs resulting from unauthorized returns are the customer's responsibility.
Processing Time
Returns are received at our Japan Return Hub and shipped to Korea twice weekly for inspection. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Total processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks.
Return Shipping Fee
Change of Mind
- Customers must send the package directly to the Japan Return Hub using Yamato Transport.
- Domestic shipping within Japan (approximately ¥700–¥1,200) is the customer's responsibility.
- A Korea return processing fee of ¥1,000 will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- TimeOut covers all return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of international cross-border purchases, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Return Process
- Please contact Customer Support before requesting a return.
- Include your order number, product code, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection at our Korea warehouse.
